- In Name of the Society: INDIAN SPORTS & CULTURAL SOCIETY
- Registered Office: The registered office of the society
shall remain in the National Capital Territory of Delhi
and presently is at the following address:
9-10, Kishan Kunj,
Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-110092.
- AIMS and OBJECTS: The aim and objects of the society for
which the same is established are as under:-
a) To create a sense of brotherhood, cooperation,
mutual harmony, love and affection amongst the members of
the society and also amongst the general public.
b) To create an atmosphere and revolution
in the development of all kind of outdoor and indoor games
throughout the country.
c)To promote athletics, soccer, hockey,
cricket, yoga, volleyball, basketball and/or any other game
from the grassroots levels providing better facilities.
d) To open various academies in different
games and to facilitate children upto the age of 8 to 12
years specially for the long term coaching by renowned coaches.
e) To spread sports and culture amongst
the masses with various schemes.
f) To take up effective coaching facilities
from abroad and to exchange goodwill tours in various categories.
g) To promote sports and culture by making
audio-visual, tele-films, TV serials and documentaries.
h) To encourage games and culture at international
and national level, sports for improvement of health amongst
the youth, ladies and children on the whole and organize
tournaments and sports competitions at national and international
levels.
i) To organize seminars, meetings, press
conferences and other gatherings time to time to promote
above objectives.
j) To take up effective, reasonable
and lawful steps for the solution of the problems relating
to the members of the society and / or relating to general
public.
k) To give scholarships, awards, provide
financial and non-financial assistance for the welfare
of the sports persons or any other person of general public
for the promotion and achievement of the above objectives
of the society.
l) To receive financial and non-financial
assistance from govt., non-govt. organizations, international
agencies, banks, Non-resident Indians (NRIs) and any other
legal entity or individuals.
m) To accept donations, grants, presents,
gifts and other offerings in the shape of moveable and/or
immovable properties for the achievement of the aims and
objects of the society.
n) To purchase / acquire the land /
or the building in the name of the society for the upliftment
and fulfillment of the aims and objects of the society.
o) To seek affiliation with Indian Olympic
Association (IOA) and Indian Council of Cultural Relations
(ICCR) or any other associations as may be deemed fit
for the promotion of sports and culture in India.
p) To do any other act for the promotion
and furtherance of the above mentioned objectives of the
society.
q) All the incomes, earnings, funds,
moveable / or immoveable properties of the society shall
vest in the society and shall be solely utilized and applied
towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as
set forth in the Memorandum of the society and no profit
thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly
by way of dividends, bonus, profits in any manner whatsoever
to the present or the past members of the society or to
any person claiming through any one or more of the present
or the past members. No members of the society shall have
any personal claim or any moveable and immoveable properties
of the society to make any profits whatsoever by virtue
of this membership.

of society is entrusted as required under section 2 of the
Societies Registration Act of 1860 as applicable to National
